login --->dashboard--->layout/design--->edit HTML--->search for </head>
Copy and Paste the below given code before the </head> tag.

Now go to Dashboard--->Layout/Design--->Page Elements--->Add a gadget in the side bar---> Choose HTML/JAVA Script Copy and Paste the same script which is given above as a content.Save it. Now it's ready and time to check.Go to your blog ,Don't shake the mouse for 2 mins see the screen it will look black and says energy saving mode.Shake the mouse now,your blog will appear.
